All,

SOLD!!!!!!

After much soul searching (or somethin' like that...:) ), I decided to sell my Scruggs cue. I take solace in the fact that my new Scruggs will be ready in March '07....so I won't be "Scruggsless" for long! :D :D

Cue is as follows:

58"
19.1 or 19.2 oz (one shaft is 4.0, one shaft is 4.1)
2 Scruggs shafts with Ivory ferrules and brand new Triangle tips
1 shaft at 12.55mm
1 shaft at 12.65mm
5/16x14 piloted SS joint
Double silver rings at all positions
Black lightly textured leather wrap
Black buttcap with "9TS9" stamped in white
Brand new cleaning, refinish, and tips
Complete set of "TS" joint protectors come with it, too.

MONSTER player, ya'll. This was my playing cue before I picked up the Black Boar....and this Scruggs plays extremely well. Sweet and smoothe, just like a Scruggs cue should be. Excellent hit, excellent feel...plain and simple!

Cue is in STELLAR condition, and needs to be with somebody who'll take it out and show it the town!

I offer this cue up for $830, delivered to your door.

I know there are some who are concerned about the smaller tip diameter...so I also offer this:

An older (precat) 314 Predator shaft at 12.75mm, smoothe as silk, and ready to play.

If you'd like the cue with all three shafts, I'll only ask for 40 bucks more.

THAT'S $870 FOR THE GORGEOUS SCRUGGS CUE, 2 ORIGINAL SHAFTS, AND ONE PREDATOR 314....SHIPPED AND INSURED TO YOUR DOOR.

As always, PM me if you wanna yap about it! :) :)

Too many cues...too little money! What will your new Scruggs look like?

What? You posted this about five minutes ago and it hasn't sold yet?
I mus be in the BIZARRO world.

I've had about 6 people offer me $1k or so for the Scruggs I'm selling (for $1300!). Any of them, or anyone else, would do well to buy this cue, asap.

I agree with Cory :) I recently traded a very similar TS cocobola cue ($1,000). This TS cue should be very similar and a solid playing cue -- good luck with the sale Mark ;)

You say the cue has been refinished? Who did the work on it also did Scruggs do the leather wrap if he did the finish. Thanks

My apologies...I didn't specify who did the refinish.

Scot at Proficient did the work. I can say this....I've had several cues done by him, and all of 'em came out great. This one is no exception!!

The leather wrap appears, to me, to be original. The seam is very tight, and there is some wear on it from (what I would presume to be) years of use. The wrap feels great, and has alot of life left in it.

Thank you for the questions....and I'm sorry I didn't put them in the original posting. I'll be more careful on my next one.

V/R,

Rat
