If I am not forgetful, I think I saw a Samsara cue made from Cocobolo burl and the wood was very beautiful indeed.

I saw that on lucky's page but that was a few years and I guess the pictures would have been removed. :o

I just did a search on Google, and found one Cocobolo burl cue on Mr Arnot's website.

I have been told that crotch Cocobolo has a strange smell ... :eek:

I think I have some SPALTED Cocobolo but that stuff is so rare I am not even allowed to post a photo of it ...:ignore:

Are you 100% sure that is cocobolo?? I have come across alot of mislabeled woods over the years. To me that lools like pomele sapele or bubinga...
 
Well, you're certainly entitled to your opinion but let me ask you this. Are you 100% certain it's not?
