His tip is certainly not 12mm. I've hit with his cue. It is 9 and change, almost 10mm. Now, granted, I've not seen him or his cue since the summer of 2006, but I doubt he's changed.

Oscar is now playing with a pred.z2 shaft, not the skinny one he was using. i do think that was 8mm, but not sure. his z2 might be at 11mm for his personal preference.:thumbup:

Contrats Oscar - Best in the West.

Earlier this year, Oscar and his dad were talking about recovering some tables and he noticed that I had a Pred. Z2 and asked if he could try it out. After several nice shots, his dad Ernesto asked him what he thought about the Z2 and he said "shoots the same as my (thin) shaft".
