If me whipping up on a couple of old dudes is killing my action, that action wasn't worth having. Heck, the guy who knocked me to the one loss side builds cues for a living. I will most likely go for $30 in the next big Calcutta at White Diamonds in Lafayette, LA Nov 3-4 (It's sold out but me and four pals have entries already paid.) This weekend a pro player (ok, he is a super top shortstop) who will remain anonymous, complained that he didn't get his entry fee in. He regularly plays in this event. He knew the date of the tournament but thought he would have more time before it sold out. I told him to look in the mirror. He nodded dejectedly but I'm not sure if his name is even on the waiting list. Oh well. The BIG CALCUTTA tournament in Lafayette has MONSTER PLAYERS COMING (Van Boening, Shuff, Orcullo, Alcano, Bustamante, Gray, Compton, Walden to name a FEW) BigTruck will be live streaming this mega-Calcutta event and I will be a mere mosquito amongst a horde of Wolverines.
