Actually, Danny beat jesse 3-2 for guaranteed 3rd, and played Buddy Hall for the winner of the B-side. Buddy won 3-2 in a stressfull match for both players.
Buddy then double dipped Brian to take home the victory.

As for the 9-ball, it is not played on Gold Crowns, and Diamonds ( there is not a single Diamond in Olathe). They are played on Valley bar boxes with 860 simonis.

How come Danny didn't play in the bar table tournament? Does he feel it will mess up his big table game?

Hey Watchez,

Danny has never been a fan of the bar box. Plus, with the rack your own, and the 9-ball rack tricks, he finds it turns out to be more of an aggrevation than enjoyment for him to play. So he passed on the barbox.

He said however, if the game was 10-ball he would be more apt to play, but still not a definate.

Too bad y'all couldn't make it over this tourney it was a great turnout.

I wouldve staked him & told him to NEVER play safe. 60-40 his way. Danny is a great bar box player. Too bad he cant come up with a way to enjoy it. That guy, David Matlock, must have one hell of a 9-ball rack trick.

Yeah, Danny didn't want to even get close to a bar box while here. I had one sitting right in the middle of my livingroom that the cover didn't come off of! My money is on Danny in Reno, Keep us posted Scott!!!!!
