Wow wow wow... Earl lives in New York now? He told me he didn't like the place, that where he lived was paradise...or maybe he had other purposes... Do you know where in NY he's in? After all New York is a pretty cool place, if he lives in Manhattan then he's got superman in his neighborhood. If he lives in Queens he's got spiderman to look out after him. If he lives in the ghetto then he's got batman to protect him. Even the Fantastic Four want a piece of it....
To Guapo, you lost the bet. I'm positive Kiamco will remember this incident after I reminded him. I was very famous in the then "World Pool Championship" and you can ask Danny Basavich for that. Many pros from everywhere and fans knew who I am as they called me "The Loudest Fan". You can also ask Luke Riches or Ladyref or even the Bart Simpson look-alike Maleref to see if I was famous in that place. But I also like those three too as they got no beef with me at all, in fact, they kinda liked me. Unfortunately, some people took me the wrong way and Kiamco was one of them. I'm exactly like Earl in this case, "a nice guy who's been misunderstood." See my point? Think about it this way, if you were a pro then obviously some fans will know you, and if a "regular" fan expresses his kindness by simply saying "what's up" along with your name would you react the same rude way as Kiamco did??? He obviously didn't like my style and I just don't see why, I didn't have any beef with the pinoys, unless they play with an American but up until that point I had never root against any pinoys yet. In fact, I actually rooted for Alex in the finals the year before in Taipei. Pei-Wei Chang had a comfortable lead then I sharked him big time and that's how Alex was able to came back. He shoulda give me a cut for that hundred thousands that he won for Christ sake! Pei-Wei Chang might still think I was the one who changed the match as many other Taiwanese fans too. But they got it wrong, very wrong indeed. Pei-Wei Chang was LUCKY as he shoulda gotten beat by Archer in the quarters. If I were a pro play in the final or tournament I would be mentally ready for any kind of challenges, do fans in other sports boo the other team? Yes, I would clap and yell when he missed or made a dump mistake but I would NOT interfere his preparation before he shoots. He knew that I would clap and all that if he missed then don't freaking miss! It's that simple! They're pros right? They LIVE on this game man! They got bills to pay man! If they can't make 98% of the shots and handle the pressure during matches they might as well look up the newspapers and find something else to do. Some so-called pros suck so bad that even the old me could beat them tell you the truth.

You might be able to offer alot to this forum if you are have as seasoned as you claim to be. Gary, about the Kiamco thing... in a lot of asian countries they have this thing about talking to strangers as if you know them. It can seem a little weird to non-asians, and it probably sounds really uptight. But they have a whole other set of phrases for talking to someone you're familiar with vs. someone you don't know.
"What's up Warren" sounds friendly to american ears but rude to asian ears.

Good point. Gary, before coming to conclusions on someone, try to understand that not everyone is the same as you and won't always respond the way you want them to, especially if they're from a completely different culture.

Justin, I have no problem with you although you told me to grow the fcuk up, as my boss says, I have a 38 years old body with a mind of 8 years old. My boss also says that I'm very arrogant indeed and I must change that, and therefore, I really think you're a smart guy. But you know, as a kid grew up in New York City with the pool talent that I have, it's really hard not to be arrogant. However though, all the U.S. pros who have met me said that I'm different in person, maybe I have double personality? And please call me an "asswhore" instead of "asswhole", I'd much prefer that way...^__^
To CreeDo, yes you're right, different cultures matter a lot. I can totally forget about the Kiamco thing but I would never root for him that I'm sure about it. And I don't blame you for calling me a dick at all, as in fact, lots of Taiwanese fans think that way. But it is a challenge for the pros and quite entertaining sometimes. Just go and ask Earl, him and I put on a show for ages back in 2004, man... what a great show that was. And thank God that the Patriots lost last week...^__^
And to randallt6, I consider you're a cool guy as you offered me some true advices of your own, and therefore I appreciate that. Please don't care about the American-Canadian thing that I said, I was just paving the ways for my following comments. Many members actually think I'm a racist, but that's wrong, way wrong. I hope you don't take me the same way. For example, the infamous FastLarry once called Chinese people "Chinks", but I understood fully that he was just targeting at a certain persons not Chinese as a whole, and therefore I didn't mind that term at all. Who knows, he probably just had Chinese foods last night for dinner as I chose to have a steak dinner at Outbacks for my 38th birthday on September 1st, so I don't have any problems with white people, see my point?
