Agreed on the commentary. Him and Ali are the best in the booth for poker commentary. I've only seen a couple of his pool commentary vids, but he was great to listen to.

I play in the WSOP most years and have met him and hung out a little. Not saying I'm friends with him, or even that he would remember me, but also a very nice humble guy.

I saw him one night about 8-9 years ago in Vegas playing JRB $30K/rack 1P, I was playing Alex Pags backgammon for $200/point. So I didn’t give much attention to the pool game. I left at 4-5am and they were still playing 1P. Not sure how that ended up, I lost $7400 that night as I recall.

Anyways a bit off topic but a fun night at the pool room!

Always good to see the pool players willing at what ever they do-unless I’m gambling with them
