Congratulations to Bob.

I saw Jamie Baraks knock Karabotsos to the one loss side in the first round. I guess Tom was not through.

Congratulations Bob

Yes, congratulations to Bob Romano for his great finish in a really tough field.

Way to go Bob. Very nice finish. You're just lucky I wasn't there because............................................................................................... 3rd place would have paid an extra $15 for ya. :D

I played in this event too... had a lotta fun... Lost to Bob (3rd) in winners bracket and Tommy (2nd) in Losers bracket...

Guess I shouldn't hang my head... won 3 rounds... :p

Hi, I just have a couple of questions about this venue. I notice it's in the south. I like to play the halls in this area but I don't drive any automobile. I notice this is south west of the loop. Do you have to go thru any patchy areas to get to Orland Park?

Just take Route 55 to LaGrange Rd South (rte 45) and the only shady areas you travel through are on rte 55 at 65-70 mph...

East on 151st just south of Orland Mall for 1 block then south on 94th Ave for about a half mile... its on the left...

Once you get away from the city the Southland is like anywhere else... nuthin but stip malls... lol

When are you going to get it right, Bob?????

Bob,,,,,,,,,,,, you don't seem to realize,,,,,,,,,,,,,, the older you get, the worse you are suppose to play. What part of this don't you understand???

Proud of ya my friend.

Gotta tell you, Karabotsos is the one that really had to work considering that he had to fight his way back the entire day from the losers section from game 1.

Hat's off to him, what stamina~!

Bob wanted me to thank all for your kind wishes here and all the emails he got. He really kicked a gear this year, and hopefully it will continue.
