Jeff went undefeated to beat a another guy that was having a great tournament, Robb Saez. Robb had to beat Jeff twice, but it went only one set. Jeff won 5-2 to win $5700.00.

Seems the score got entered in wrong. That will be corrected.

Here is his road to victory. It was a pleasure to watch him play. The guy CAN play. So can Robb. More later.....

Those last 5 guys he faced were pretty tough . Congrats is right!

And, thank you, CaliRed, Mark & all the CSI and TAR folks for bringing us the action all week. Very enjoyable stream!

I watched the match PPV last night

And the score wasn't 5-4

It was 5-2

Jeff was getting pretty tight at the end. Good thing he got out when he did.

I had never heard of Jeff prior to 2005 when our team at the VNEA drew his team in the masters finals....I thought he was the weak link because I knew all the other guys. That thought didn't last long and they double dipped us for the cheese, Jeff played OUTSTANDING in both matches and I learned a valuable lesson about taking guys I didn't know for granted.

It's nice to see his name in the winners circle because he was a class act with a ton of game. Congrats on the big win Jeff.

+1

Played more than one match next to him. Didn't get to see alot of his play, but he sure looked and acted very professionally and was very courteous. Big congrats on winning arguably the toughest 8ball tourney in the country.

Man, if Oscar had scratched on the break hill-hill, and I then beat Busty, and monkeys started flying out of my butt, might have been me and him in the final. :D
