contacts are great. get the monthly ones so you don't sleep in them or anything. also ask your optician about air optix lenses which are designed to be worn longer than normal and let your eyes breathe more.

My optometrist called this guy (the Canadian optometrist) and he shared with him how to prescribe the prescription. They work great but I really don't wear them that much as I had lasik ~8 years ago and see 20-25. The glasses just make everthing out to ~14 feet that much more in focus.
