Cool old cue butt Help with ID?

I just bought this old cue butt. It appears to be a Titlist, but it is stripped and has no weight or Hoppe markings. It definitely has some Rambow/Hoppe style.

It came with no shafts, the joint is brass and is 5/16-14. There is no weight bolt and the butt cap is held on with a 5/16-16 flat Allen screw (original?).

The dot inlays (40 of them) appear to be ivory/ebony.

Thank you Jamie.

Thank you Jamie.

It's a re-worked Hoppe Pro.

Jamie, I saw that cue on ebay, it will be impossible to say for certain who converted it, to what it is now. However, some one put a lot of work into it at some point. Obviously it use to be a Willie Hoppe Titlist pro originally, but I did not bid on it because it has seen better day's. I doubt it is a Rambo, although it was my first thought, however, I do not think Herman ever did that much inlay work in a single cue. To my limited knowledge, Willie Mosconi had the fanciest Rambo that he ever built, and this cue is far beyond that.

Either way, it certainly is a cool old cue, and man the stories it could tell if it could talk.
