At the beginning of October me and the wifey went to Vegas for a little adult time. We always stay downtown, we prefer the feel and atmosphere of downtown over the strip. Well while I was looking at stuff to do around the hotel we stayed at I came across "The Antique Room" in the Main Street Station. The stuff I read said there were some cool antique pool tables in there so we checked it out while we were there. It was awesome, the tables are beautiful. All you can do is look at them from about 15 feet away and take pics but as a pool table mechanic I really enjoyed seeing these tables. I put pics below, the last pic is just to show you how long they had that cue propped up on the bridge.
12ft table
Look at these beautiful 9 fters, and check out the Brunswick rack, that thing is amazing
And the warped cue
Like I said, there's not much else to do here but if you appreciate beautiful tables you will enjoy this place.
Also while we were there we stopped by Best Billiards and played for about an hour. The place is so nice and clean it was great. The tables are kept in great shape for a pool hall. They had 7ft Diamonds, 9ft Diamonds, some billiards tables, and the 10 ft heated slate pool table. The place was nice and I'd definitely recommend playing there if you're in Vegas.
