That was pretty sporty. That's up there with the
Efren Z shot on the five ball.
Thanks,
JoeyA

Efren's Z shot is a lot better. IMO

Although it turned out great, he wasn't trying to make the 3. He was just trying to make a good hit and possibly send the 2 to the corner.

Still fun to watch.

Efren's Z is the best shot ever in competitive pool, I think. This is def up there. It's hard to gauge the speed right for the rail jump without either dogging it short or firing it off the table.

I've practiced that shot a LOT with minimal success because it does come up---anyone have any tips?

Thanks for the video link. It's nice when people share something pool related with the forum members........

My pleasure! I played Alain Martel at the Reno Open when I was 18 or 19 years old. I had no idea who he was. I played well but lost 9-5. Has anyone ever seen this guy break the balls???? He made at least three (I think four) 9-balls on the break! He's a big dude.

Hence, the name The Dancing Bear. Bear because he is such a big man and Dancing because he celebrates when he makes the 9 on the break.
