Arent they supposed to be playing in Dallas sometime this week or the next? Does anyone have any updates as to when this will happen?

Who knows?

I want him to play somebody. I have to say I like his end of a long race. Something any shorter than at least 10 ahead could go either way.IMO. I know David plays good, good enough to put 5,6,7 or more together. It should be interesting if they match up. How do you think Jesse Bowman and David G would match up? I've never seen Jesse play.

I asked the same question during the Olathe tourney (while Corey was standing next to the laptop) and Corey indicated that there was some problem with the game going off as planned. As I understand it from his comment, it's still in the works, but not a done deal anymore.

It's all hearsay, but at least it was from Corey...

That's because when your stakehorse goes on line and offers a game and someone accepts, your stakehorse has 10 different excuses lined up for why the game can't go off.

Top 10 Reasons My $10k Set Can't Go Off

1. I can't leave my $6.00 an hour job to play measley $10k sets
2. I live in [insert name of city here] and I can't spend $500 to travel to [insert name of city here] to play measley $10k sets
3. I'll say that I won't go unless you post...even though your backer is a millionare and you have no history of ducking anyone
4. When a mutual acquaintance posts the $$$ for you (on the web for all to see), I'll pretend I didn't hear that
5. If I offer to play sets, I'll later demand we play "ahead"
6. I'll call you while you are playing in the WSOP...and go online and tell everyone that you are ducking me
7. I'll say I heard someone else called you while you were playing in the WSOP...and go online and tell everyone that you are ducking him too
8. I'll act like $10k isn't enough gamble...praying I can high-roll a millionare. When you say, "We'll post $50k" (on the web for all to see), I'll pretend I didn't hear that
9. When I show up at an event filled with players that have accepted games I offered (on the web for all to see), I'll say I got my $$$ tied up in another bet...although I can't even cover the FIRST $10k bet I offered
10. I'm frustrated that my career as a poolplayer never worked out so I go on line and woof (fake) action to make myself feel better...I ignore the fact that I am dragging good player's names thru the mud for my own personal enjoyment and ego

I'm not sure why you singled me out, and why the referenences to my stakehorse? I have no horse in this race at all. You must have me confused with someone else...

I don't think he was referring to you. He was referring to Corey's stakehorse - McNugget or whatever his name is. From what I see the top 10 list screams MCNUGGET! :D

Thats pretty much it right there. The guy is an idiot. As a player or backer I wouldn't go near McCaplock if he was the last gamble available and I needed heart surgery.
