How does one clean a cork wrap? Self-help method sought, please

i have never heard of anyone cleaning it but just an idea call mc dermoot cues and ask them in there day they did alot of those type wraps.

I had the dirtiest cork wrap ever on a mcdermott, in about 1 minute with a magic eraser it looked like brand new.

Can you please elaborate on the magic eraser? Dry or wet? Rub or blot? How much pressure?

Just get it wet and squeeze it out till it's not going to drip, and scrub away! it wont hurt the wrap if you apply some presure, but it does'nt need much. just look at the pad and rinse the dirt out often. its quite amazing.

Majic Eraser do work wonders

I now know why the called it 'magic'. It worked like a charm...now I need to learn to chalk w/ my left hand

be carefule with the magic eraser on the finished part, it will strip it off
