Cork wraps

I received my order of cork wraps from KJ last week.
These are the ones that have a rubber matrix (hope that is the correct description) throughout.
KJ also sent me an extra wrap as an example of ordinary cork wraps so I could see the difference.

KJ's wraps are thicker, far more flexible and more supple than the other.
The other wrap is almost brittle.

There is a world of difference between the two. Because of work, I haven't had time to be in the shop long enough to install one but am looking forward to trying one out.

You just have to feel one and you can tell that once installed, they will give you a nice soft feel.

Very reasonably priced.

I've seen these same wraps on a couple of the larger supplier's sites
at the price I quoted, $14ea.
It's not my intent to compete with these guys and I'm not going into the wrap business.
Once these cork wraps are gone, I'll be out of the cork-wrap business.
I just happen to have more than I'll ever use.

I know that Jim Lee is/was offering cork wraps also and it's not my intent to compete with him either.
Jim is/was offering a somewhat different style of cork so now you have options.

If you haven't seen my cork, you may not know the difference regarding the matrix.
I'm willing to send a sample swatch to anyone that is seriously interested.

I got a bunch of jimL cork wraps , and they are nice , but I ruined 3 before i gave up . I wasn't doing something right . As they come so delicate , they rip with no presure . love the feel of them tho . Jim

Exactly why I posted this Jim.
Try some of KJ's, you'll see the difference. Even tho I am far from an experienced wrap guy, I can pretty much guarantee you that these won't tear up on you.
I am going to order more before they run out.
