FS: Cory Barnhart figured Bubinga cue
------------------------------------------------------------------------
I got this cue from Bamacues a couple of months ago. I've hit one rack of balls with the cue and she plays great, But as things happen it has come down to me needing to sell it at a fantastic price to raise some funds. I'm taking a hugh loss but I have a brand new angel to buy for now...my first grandchild !!!

Here is a brand new cue from Cory Barnhart. If you have not tried a Barnhart cue or seen the quality of his workmanship, ask some of the people who own them about them. His workmanship is stellar, and his inlay work is jeweler quality. You will be hard pressed to find a better quality example of workmanship.

This cue is a figured Bubinga cue. The wood in this cue has so much grain that it looks almost like Amboyna Burl.

-The cue weighs 19 ounces, (shaft-3.8oz, butt-15.2oz)
-The shaft is 12.8mm with an Aegis ferrule
-It has a radial pin phenolic joint
-A black with brown specks linen wrap
-Cory's signature inlaid silver dot ringwork at all 5 positions (100 inlays, total)
-Signed "Barnhart" on the butt

BUMP with a new PRICE !!!

You can't beat the price of only SOLD Shipped !!!

Hi...What's the balance point, as measured from the butt? Thanks

James can measure it for you, but it is going to be right at the 19" or so area. This is a nice cue at a steal of a price.

Balance Point

From the rubber bumper up the balance point is 18 3/4". Thats the measurement I get.

I'm not sure about a weight bolt. Not sure how to take off the bumper to see...any help with this Bama?

Thanks in advance....

I can't remember if that one has a bolt or not. The bumper simply unscrews. Any weightbolt will be an allen wrench screw type head, hex-style, somewhat deeper in the cue. You will need a long allen wrench to remove it, if one is in there.

I bought one very much like this from 8ball rat and have made it my player, the other 8 sit in the closet. If the cue is like mine it is 58.5 inches long. The balance was perfect and felt very neutral in my hands. His shaft quality is excellent and the cue "hit's" on the stiff side. My ferrules are 12.8 also, and I would not want them any larger. I Really liked the fact that the wrap extends further down the butt than most cues that I have (I'm fairly tall). Without undo modesty, I managed to run 82 balls in straight pool within two weeks of purchasing the cue, which surprised me since I usually have to adapt somewhat to a new cue. The cue felt comfortable from the get go.

Doug

Nice cue

Add a picture of you holding your grandaughter, it may help to promote the sale of the cue. The cue looks great and is priced to sell.
Good luck with both the cue and the grandaughter.
