Yes, Diamond will swap out the rails, Brian or Aaron is who you want to talk to about that, but 1/4" neoprene facings will do the same thing. Yes, I worked on the 2 7fts at Ritchie's, they were really messed up...not going to mention who worked on them last though

Are you saying to add 1/4" facings to the originals or replace the originals with 1/4" facings? Sounds alot cheaper than swapping rails

Replace the 1/8" shims with 1/4" and you tighten the pockets by 1/4"

Yes, K-steel tables can have the sub-rails extended.
