After five rounds Caudron is undefeated (averaging 2.016) with Van Kuyk and Sanchez as his remaining two matches. Blomdahl is second at 3-1-1 (1.698) and he still has matches with Jaspers and Merckx. Jaspers has the best game (15 innings, 3.333 average), and Caudron has the high run with 21.

Edit: Poor Van Kuyk -- against Jaspers he made 45 billiards is 15 innings (3.0 avg.) and lost.

In that one match, yes, but he got creamed by Merckx and Sayginer, lost handily to Caudron, and just barely beat Sanchez 50-49. Jaspers has no chance of winning the overall tournament -- he is currently in sixth place out of eight players.

Caudron is the one who's on fire. He averaged 2.0 against Blomdahl, 2.8 against Burgman, 2.6 against Merckx, and that run of 21 isn't too shabby.

That's the second time in a few weeks that 3.0 has not been good enough against Jaspers. We used to feel sorry for someone who lost with a 1.0 average.

Caudron's run of 21 is the highest a Crystal Kelly for a while, I think.
 
Jaspers seems to be running 20's with regularity in tournements lately.

I starting to believe that he might just have that one crazy day where he runs a 40 or something insane. Even after he loses this tournement, he's starting to pull off extraordinary runs that makes me feel he might do something really memorable.

What's the golf equivalent to these kind of runs? Shooting a 60, 61, or a 59 a couple times in the same year? Incredible.
 
Today's results were finally posted on Kozoom. Caudron won again guaranteeing first place regardless of his result against Sanchez. Blomdahl lost and Sanchez won, so Dani is now in second place, Blomdahl is in third. Last round tomorrow. Currently no one is averaging over 2, but both Caudron and Merckx could still make that milestone.

Today's results are already in at Kozoom. Caudron beat Sanchez to go undefeated. Blomdahl had to average 2 to nip Merckx and finish second. Sayginer finally got in stroke going out in 15 innings (3.333 avg.) to beat Van Kuyk. Jaspers had another high average match (3.125) over Burgman. The final day saw runs of 10, 11, 12, 13, and 16.

Caudron had the high run with 21. Sayginer and Jaspers tied for best game with 15 innings. Jaspers wound up in third place after losing his first three matches, and had the high average with 1.991. Merckx had the second best average (1.937).
