CSI 10 ball

Race 13 , Ko carom 2 to pot 10 but leaves 10 hanging and hooks Shane on the 2
Shane knocks the 2 and scratches and Ko runs out
Ko 7-6 and he is breaking to get on hill

Anyone know how "little" Ko is doing in his group and whether it looks like he will get through or not? And Jung Lin Chang?

Format aside CSI is really dropping the ball on a proper results section on the CSI page, a screen shot of the scores off the stream at the end of each day is fairly pitiful.

Beautiful safety by Ko hides the CB behind ball. Shane countersafety gets him safe. Ko comes up with nice kick to pot the 1 and run out.
Ko on hill 8-6 and Shane is breaking:grin:

Ken's too busy doing his play by play. We can hardly get a score update on the table over.

You beat Thorsten AND Shane and lose to Kiamco and don't get out of the bracket. That will have to hurt some.

Sounds like Thorsten is beating Warren, which means Ko will win the group when he runs out this rack against Shane.

Shane break dry but gets back to table to run out
Ko 8-7 and break an open rack so he is off and running with the match unlesss.....

Ko's last rack...

ok Ko KO Shane again within span of a few days. Ko B&R final rack to win 9-7
But still he may not go thru to semifinal..All depends on results of Kiamco -thorsten
Well done Ko

wheres POV-pool? set up an action match between shane and ko, race to 30 for $20K.

I'd put 2K on Ko.

I apologize for being lazy and not reading thread but anyone have a snapshot of who won and lost today?

Corey beat Busty.

Toasty over Warren.

Dechaine 0 Chang 1

Dennis and Dazz playing on the other table!.

Commentary in pool is a waste of money and I would rather have it ditched all together. My non-pool playing friends have often also been of the opinion that the commentary in pool is one of the things that is the most "amateurish" in the presentation of pro pool and one of the things that makes the whole thing come off poorly.

But when a player is taking some time to consider what to do, a non-player, or maybe even a lower caliber player, might not know all that he could be considering. And it's more or less dead air/sight for that time, which can seem endless. I think commentary during that situation is welcome, however much the endless unrelated talk may be annoying.

Poor Shane has to stay away from Ko. He will not be mentally and psychologically prepared to face Ko in such short time. Maybe in another 6 months or 1 year

So that means SVB is officially finished and Ko goes through to the finals rightÉ
That is great news :)

So let the viewer watch and see what the player comes up with. There are many sports I do not play that I watch and many times I am left going "wow" after I see what they come up with.

It is "not" a positive to have commentators tripping over each other trying to figure out the players next shot before it is shot so they can make themselves look smart. It takes away from the game and the discovery the viewer can gain by simply watching the professional who is actually out there doing the things do them.
