Cue Conversion help (Please)

I have two older dufferin anniversary cues that I would like to have converged over to sneakies and fitted with 13mm shafts,and butt caps. is this possible? and if so, can someone point me in the right direction thanks

BHQ will do a fine job and his customer service is second to none. Ryan at Rat cues would do a fine job as well. I'd be glad to handle the conversions for you too, I've done quite a few...but my wait would probably be a bit longer than the two gentlemen mentioned above. They are both forum members and can be found in members directory under BHQ & ratcues.
