Just wondering if any of the cue makers kept their end of the bargain for the winners of the cue design contests?

IIRC, there was only one cuemaker who made that offer...Bill Stroud...and yes, he made the winning design cue and either presented it to the winner, or is about to. There was a thread about this recently.
