Cue has spots on it?

My 8 point predator sneaky Pete has these spots all over it and its not a year old. Its only in the case in a climate controlled enviroment all the time. What can this be?

Finish lifting from improper surface prep I am guessing. Send it back they should fix it or give you a new cue.

That's what I was thinking. I just didn't wanna send it back and them have an excuse and waste my time. Do they still make this cue?

Im pretty sure they discontinued their red and black veneered sneakys. The 8 pointers were on sale dirt cheap about a year or so ago on seyberts.

That's when I bought this one. I paid 330 for it on seyberts. The cue is getting worse everyday
