Cue I.D. Help

I picked up a what looks to be pretty old cue a while ago. It has a cursive s on the butt cap stamped in. I was wondering if anyone may know what kind of cue it is and what it may be worth? The butt is one solid piece of rosewood (could be Brazilian but I'm no expert) It has a brass pin 5/16-18 joint flat faced. The shaft is missing its white collar to match the joint (how I received it) and has no tip. Mainly just wondering who may have made the cue? Thanks for any help

Looks like an old Schmelke cue. As far as price, I have no idea. Sorry can't help you there.

For just the butt, in that condition, you'd be lucky to get $50 for it.

Thanks guys appreciate it. Yeah I got the cue and a old Adams leather tube case for 5 bucks. I just really wasn't sure about the maker.
