cue id - are these joss models?

A friend is working at a job and the ladie told him these were two Joss cues her husband purchased back before he passed away and offered to sell them to him. He can't tell if they're Joss models or not. She said just make him an offer on them.

I attached three images he sent me of the cues.

Those are " FIERCE EAGLE CUES" imported by Danny Shay when he had Table Steaks in Sheridan Colorado. He told me they cost him $8.00 each.
