Cue ID Help Please

A friend of mine acquired this cue butt recently and there are no distinguishing marks on the cue whatsoever. The butt has a 3/8 10 pin and is made up of tulipwood' holly and a black wood that doesnt appear to be ebony. Please see the pics below and I will answer any questions to help Id the cue that I can, thanks.

Have you tried removing the bumper and looking under there? The point work looks semi- PFD'ish.

Checked under the bumper but there are no identifying marks there at all, thanks.

Still trying to find the maker of this cue any help given would be appreciated.

the way the points are done it kinda looks like a GinaCue !

that would just be a guess though !
