Cue ID help

trying to ID this cue for a buddy of mine
3/8x10 pin, skinny butt, and looks like it's tung oil finished
no signature, no logo, no markings
i'll try and get some better pics or if you guys want a zoom on anything specific that could help identify it let me know and i'll try and get it

That looks right to me. Especially since he's in South Texas. Roger lives in the Houston area I think.

Looks like a pretty basic conversion build. The brown linen phenolic looks like the more modern variety. May be skinny in part because it's a turned down conversion.
