Several years ago I responded about that exact design here in the gallery.
It was sold under several brand names, never saw that one though.

My memory is fuzzy on the various brand names, there were several.
Value?
I dunno. Asian import with some "house brand" on it. $100? $150? $200? On a bad day $50 - $75.
Looks in nice condition so that helps.
