I am under the assumption it is a J. Pechauer JC01/2. Engraving on stick is definatly the jp stamp, but I have yet to see a Pechauer with a similar sleeve design or collar ( all I have seen are the Stainless with Black/White Dashed Rings) Figure it is just a older cue in their lineup but I am still curious. Would love to hear your input.

It looks like a JP series flat faced joint. The Pro series have silver rings and a piloted joint. It also has the Pechauer quick release joint that is fairly recent.
They are quality cues made in the U.S. Visit their site for a lot of good info.
