cue identification if possible

Greetings, This cue was a gift back in the mid 60's. It was
used when I received it. There are no markings to identify
the maker. I was told the butt sleeve, handle, and forearm
are rosewood. The inlay is mother of pearl. No idea what the
shaft wood is. Any ideas of who the maker might be?

I have seen a number of similar cues that were made in Germany. Billiard cue I think, not pool.

Not generally very valuable but kind of cool.

It looks to me to be one of the Portugese (spelling) cues popular in the mid to late 1960's
