Cue makers who like to use a thinner then normal handle in their cues?

My Frey's are smaller than what many would consider the norm. I have several at 1.25 and a 60" that is 1.20 which is the best playing cue I've ever had from any maker.

Though I cannot measure it, I have a Judd cue which is about the thinnest handled cue I own.
