Cue shine ?

Have any of you ever used Diamondback cue shine? If so how does it work or what do you use to keep your cues looking new and shiny?

I occassionally use Meguiar's car wax on the butt of my wrapless Dave Jones custom. It does a very nice job.

My Viattorre cues' butts have urethane finishes. If I have time, I use the 3-step automotive detailing process (polishing, glazing & sealing, then waxing)* using MOTHERS polishes & waxes, if not, I just use a cleaner wax. I do this at least once a month since I only get to play 1-2x/week


*Polishing- removes any oxidation & brings back the wet look (especially for old finshes)
Sealing & Glazing- fills in small scratches & gives that mirror/candy-like coating
Waxing- seals the previous steps & provides the sacrificial layer of protection

I don't like the feel of wax on my wrapless butt. The shaft needs nothing but alcohol to clean it and a leather burnishing job. Bright shine with burnishing.
