It so figures. I used to keep every one of those one butt two shaft plastic sheaths used for shipping and my wife must have cleaned where I kept them. No more are they. Anyone have an idea where to source a couple of these things ?

thanks,
tim

I think you could substitute it with some cloth such as a bath towel and they are fairly inexpensive as well.

Atlas Billiard Supplies sells the clear 1x2 sleeves you are looking for. You can easily find them on Google.

Bubblewrap is the easy locally accessible alternative. The rolls I buy at the office store are a great width, I tear off a piece a little longer than a cue and then place the butt on the edge and roll it over one complete time, set a shaft next to it, roll it over once, set the other shaft on the other side, and roll it over again. All parts separated by a layer of bubble wrap. Little tape to hold it all in place and it's good to go. Into a PVC tube then into a triangular mailer for worry free shipping.
