It depends on what you're looking for.
Our factory is in Plano, and we can pretty much do anything. But, we don't take on all repairs. Some things just aren't time effective for us.

I recommend Don Wallace of Wallace Custom Cues and Repair. He is in Arlington and does great work. I will PM you his contact info.
You can set up a time with with him and watch the repair... no need to drop off and pick up.
John Nemec is in the DFW area. I had very positive dealings with him recently. He does repairs all the way up to custom building. PM me for his info if you're interested. There are a few threads and reviews on the site if you search his name.
