The darn thing is in beautiful condition. That's very important.
I hate addressing value, but I'll say that I have seen such cues sell anywhere from 100-150. Sometimes a little more. Less if condition is poor, they generally aren't worth a refinish...unless it's a particularly nice one you get for 5 bucks, or if it has sentimental value.
Here is a beautiful example. This cue looks to be in nice condition and comes with an original case.
It is a Butera "signature" cue but I can assure you that it was and is a Rich Q.
