Holy Mackeral Mike!!! How are you, man? How are your Mom and Dad? Last I saw you you were on your way to college, I believe it was up here in West Philly! Pharmacy, wasn't it? I lived right near there in West Philly renting a room when I was down and out a bit. Where are you now bud?

Doing well here in Silver Spring, MD!!! Got degree in Economics from UMBC and worked a few Wall Street firms in b-more!!! Mom and pop's retired and are doing well! I gave them 2 grandkids and they occupy a lot of my time. Back in school for Radiology! Wife is a nurse at NIH and we are doing good.

Anyway, I got good cues SITTING unused and I would think nothing of just sending you a cue. Hope things swing in your favor! Last I had heard, before you disappeared, your family fell ill and you left to assist them.

All the best,

Mike Wilson

Awesome

Pm sent, I'll hook you up with a cue and you can pay when you can

Seems like as time goes on there are more and more clowns here, Sure is nice to see we still have some very cool people here also,
Way to make us proud Stakehorse, Seabass and the other person who did not blink an eye to help out. I wish I had something to offer but all I have are tips and Glue LOL

That's exactly right, yes. I left MD to go back to school and start all over after I left Black Boar. My mother got very sick and was reduced to being a quadriplegic in 3 hours. I cancelled my school plans to care for my father with Alzheimer's. Mom was in the hospital for a year....dad was placed in a nursing home. I moved back to N. VA for a bit and stayed with my friend Terry. Then.....US Gov wanted my folks house because they were paying for both in hospitals. Couldn't let that happen.....moved BACK to NJ to care for a quadriplegic mother. After a while she moved in with a sister and I was effectively.......homeless. Bounced around to bullshit jobs....bouts with depression, heart attacks etc. But.....a year ago I gained a new lease on life through a Veterans homeless program and reinventing myself yet again. My competitive nature is what kept me going I think. Hell....I was in Arkansas for 4 years when I had heart attacks. Was 6 minutes from being dead but......well......even that didn't seem to work out. Lol I lived. During the time I was working those shit jobs was when I sold my Black Boar. Haven't played since.....that was about 12 years ago now. That cue was the only thing I had of value so I had no choice. You remember that gorgeous one I made for myself with the gold and silver interwoven inlay? Sold that to a gent in Norfolk in order to gin up money to go to school. Then all hell broke loose.....ahhhhh, the best laid plans of mice and men.

I had a problem with my heart too! I had Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome a heart condition in which there is an abnormal extra electrical pathway of the heart. The condition can lead to episodes of rapid heart rate (tachycardia).

They went in and did an Ablazion procedure to DESTROY the extra pathway! So, I am cured according to the doctors! You are thin and look like a marathon runner. Never would think of you as having a heart attack! Glad you are ok!

Well.....not as thin as I used to be. The depression really beat me up and I was down to 130ish and 6'-2". It got bad. Now I'm back up to about 185. Many many congrats on having two babies, man. That's absolutely fantastic.
