Cues in cars

I've left my cue in the car in sweltering heat before with no problems......well, the case it was in was one of those Giuseppe tube cases and they must use cheap PVC tubing because the tubes got soft and warped really bad. I had to cut the cue out of the case. hehe!! The cue was fine though.

I never leave my cues in my car. It may warp, the laminated tip may loosen or delaminate, the laminated shaft may do the same or worst of all it may get stolen.

The other day I was remodeling a house (took a weeks vacation to do work....go figure). Afterward I was going to play for a bit so I brought my cues with me. I brought the case inside the house with the bundle of tools I had while I did my work.

Strange how I worked for 12 hours, then restretched the felt on a table and still made time to play for 2 hours with my entire body hurting.
