Pictures are of some curly hard maple squares for sale. These squares are all from the same board, all hard maple, and all have a very strong curl.
The first two pictures are of opposite sides of an 18" piece I randomly selected and turned on the lathe. Nothing was added to show the curl, that is straight off the lathe and straight from the camera. The last picture is of the lot that is for sale, again nothing added to show the curl. Also, the piece I turned didn't have any tear out like curly maple sometimes does. I expect every piece to be the same.
The wood is not the whitest. There is some light to moderate color/mineral streaking. I processed the boards to cut out as much color as possible and to make them as straight grained as possible.
Seven 18" squares, 1.4 - 1.5 diameter, $18 each
Five 12" squares, 1.3 - 1.4 diameter, $12 each
Two 15"squares, 1.3 - 1.4 diameter, $15 each
Two 18" squares that are 2" diameter, $24 each

All lengths are minimum.

First come first serve by date of post or pm, buy one or buy all I don't care, buyer pays actual shipping either USPS parcel or USPS priority, his choice. If you don't like what you get, send it back in original condition for a refund of the cost of the squares. There isn't enough to cherry pick and they are all pretty much identical anyway.
