Custom Conversion Question

Hello. Please help.

I have a cue on sale on ebay, its an old brunswick two-piece from 1969 and I had a question from someone that obviously knows what they are asking but I do not know the answer.

They asked "Can this cue be converted to a custom cue?"

I don't know exactly what specs or circumstances would have to be met in order for a cue to be made into a converted custom cue, so any help would greatly be appreciated.

The handle on that will probably be too thin.
But, it can still be chopped off and make into a cue( most likely ).
That'd be worth a $100 risk for me now to buy.
 
looks to me that its already a custom conversion::::::done back in the 70's
