1955-1959 BRUNSWICK SPORT KING 9ft table featuring Simonis 860 cloth, camel in color (a new piece of bed cloth will be included) Brunswick super speed rails (the monarchs were removed to reduce the pocket openings to 4 5/8.

The table features brass plated pocket castings, custom rail aprons (or skirts) and a refinish to match factory spec

All boards have matching serial numbers. The only way I can get the age of this table within a 4 year spread is that this table has formica rail tops which did not come out of Brunswick until 1955, and the brass plated emblem is the one of the stick man with cue which was last seen on Brunswick tables in 1959 as in 1960 all Brunswick tables received the "B" emblem as Brunswick dropped the "Collender" from their Corporate name. This is a true American Made Brunswick, including the slate.

This is the table that is the predecessor of the Gold Crown series of tables in which the 3 piece slate as well as the rails are interchangeable with the Gold Crown. Paul Brienza has hit balls on this table and was impressed with both it's condition as well as the workmanship involved in setting it up. He was checking out my table mechanics work for a possible bid on the room he manages in Las Vegas.

The table light features 4 ballast of 2 Phillips green end 3ft fluoresent bulbs (8 bulbs total) with the light leaving no shadows anywhere on the table. The light is 6ft 10 inches in length, 33 inches wide, and 16 inches high with 3 grids lighting the table.

My table mechanic has some serious credentials: He has an engineering degree from Cornell, and is a master cabinet maker. This man has built custom 20K tables for clients

The cue cabinet measures approximately 48 inches across, 36 inches high, and comes out from the wall 6 1/2 inches. It holds 12 butts and 24 shafts. The doors feature wood framed glass.

DISCLAIMER: The cues and the Centennial case on top of the cabinet are NOT part of the deal -

The table has upgraded aprons,
the cue cabinet and light are
quite frankly nicer than anything
else I've seen on the market.
