"I was ..... Curious?" Justin that you.....again. J/k, I couldn't help it.
Lol, no, the OP is a different person that was also curious about something, and thought to post his question on this forum .
I always loved the looks of Dale Perry cues, and have had 4 or 5 of them over the years. I always been very poor, so a $100 DP cue seemed like a good deal to me. My 1st DP cue was around $350 directly from DP on eBay, and I was really unhappy with it , because of the taper of the shaft, and sent it back for a refund. My 2nd DP cue directly from him was a sneaky, and the butt cracked for no good reason on the 1st night I used it, and I was sure I did not hit it up against anything, but DP blamed the crack on me. I have always been very careful with my cues, and never bumped them against anything. Anyways, I have had a few more over the years (radial pin eBay cues, and the last one that I found at a pawn shop for $80, I really loved). I had an old uni lock DP cue, that I was told was made before DP started selling his cues on eBay, and that was by far the best hitting DP cue out of the others. I really loved that cue , but eventually had to sell it. So, if you are a serious player with high standards in a cue, then you might be unhappy with an eBay cue from him (Dale Perry ). But if you are a low level league player, then the playability of his cues might be just fine for you. They are a great value for the money I think, but you will probably not like his stock shafts. Better put an on shaft on his cues, or something decent. I think they look nice though .
