Dan Whitten has passed on .

a true Gentleman

We are so sorry to hear of Dan's passing. Saw him weekly at strokers billiards. Dan always made it a point to stop and say hello, even if playing a match. He will be sincerely missed by all that knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Terribly sorry for your loss.

I went through a lot of other cases for various reasons, before I purchased my Whitten about 10 years ago. I don't have any reason to believe I'll ever have a need to purchase anything else...
 
Wow very shocked by this, RIP Dan. It was always fun sitting with you at Strokers talking about what people were doing wrong!
 
So sorry to hear this. Dan and all the Whitten family are really nice and always laughing. They make some great cases and I happily carried one for years. Prayers and best wishes to their family.
 
Wow I am shocked and saddened to hear this. I have played Dan cheap one pocket at Strokers whenever I was in the Tampa area. He was always a pleasure to play and to talk to. Just played him about 6 weeks ago, cant believe that hes gone. RIP
