Yes, but not a golden age of straight pool player. In fact, I can't recall ever seeing Mike in a straight pool event. Mike was still a fine player even into his early 60s.

Another great 80-something Golden Age of Straight Pool player who is still among us is Dallas West.

Can't answer this. He stopped coming to Derby City in about 2013, and I've not seen him since.

I remember playing at Classic Cue in Depew NY as a kid, his picture was all over the place and clearly a local bad ass. Happy B day Danny !!
