Danny may come up to Chicago again before the DCC. He is talking about giving some lessons some time around January 17, 18 and 19.

He charges a very reasonable $50 per hour and I will try to video the lesson and give you a dvd of the lesson if it's during the weekend.

He is driving up from Florida and I don't know if he has any lessons scheduled on the route up here, but in the past he has stopped and has given lessons.

I heard that Alison Fisher is going down to Florida to get a few days of 14.1 lessons from Danny.

I'm thinking "if she can use the lessons, maybe some of us can use them, too"

I know he gave some one pocket lessons to Jeannette Lee last year.


I have about 13 hours booked so far.

That's a great video. Please post whatever video footage you get of your lessons to google or youtube. It would be greatly appreciated.

In the beginning of the clip Danny shows a safety move that is very strong. It involves taking scratches before taking the shot. Worth learning
 
Thanks for the video, Dennis. Danny seems to be a super guy and a great teacher. I really enjoyed Road Player, the book about his life.

Rich: are you interested in getting a lesson from him when he comes up? I may have some of them done at the IBC. I understand you joined recently.

Danny will be at Palace Billiards from 3-7 on Friday.
Illinois Billiards Club 9-2 Saturday and Sunday.

He'll be giving lessons then but if you are in the area and just want to say hi, .....
