Does not look like a Radial pin to me. More like 3/8x10 or 11.
He considers it close to a pro taper, he likes a longer and thinner stock area. Unfortunately, I am not going to divulge the maker. I hate to say this, but people try to constantly go around you despite the fact these are beyond fairly priced. It is a very high quality shaft for the money. I never try to say these are as good or the equivalent to a Hsunami for example. That would do Richard a disservice. These are a very economic priced piece of equipment with very nice quality.
Has the builder let you know the average weight of these shafts? Based on appearance, he looks like he did a nice job.

Hello my friend, I always appreciate your interest. Yes, these are priced quite well and I believe the best bang you Re going to get for the kielwood buck.
Unfortunately, I do not have the weights. I should probably invest in an inexpensive scale and will do so with the next batch.
It is a wise investment to get when it comes to pool cues. I have a couple of palm sized digital scales. One stays at home and the other is stored in my car’s trunk. I think it cost me about $20 for both scales but the scales cost even less today .
