Luca v. Kyren is in progress on DAZN. Interestingly, one is unable to do a screenshot on DAZN. If you try, the entire screen is all black.

If you go into your browser and turn off something -- maybe hardware acceleration? -- you can make screen shots. Or at least that worked for me.

In related news, Matchroom.live is not streaming the event to any country that I could find. I suspect this is a move to get people connected to DAZN with the hope that they will subscribe and maybe DAZN won't go under. But then, I'm the suspicious type.

Edit: in Chrome, you go into the three-dot menu in the upper right and find way down at the bottom "Settings". Under "system" you will see something like this:

Turn off "Use graphics acceleration when available".

You will need to restart Chrome but not reboot your computer for this change to be effective.

I just started the free deal. I ended up just going to DAZN, then to "sports" then to "snooker" and just started watching. No sign up.

Pretty cool seeing Boxer Champoin Prince Naseem in the audience. He's a huge snooker fan and a good friend of Ronnie's. He's sitting next to Ronnie's son. He's put on a few pounds since his featherweight days, but so have a lot of us, me included. :)

-if you brush the gold ball with
your sleeve is it a 20 point foul

-if you are unsuccessful in escaping
a snooker and contact the gold ball
is the penalty 20 points

-will a player try to bring the gold ball
out early in the frame

(my prediction is there will never be a 167-
it’s a gimmick, it’s too difficult
the matches are extremely short
and the event lasts two days)

the guy in the box learned a word from
either jeremy j or scott frost i assume

he said ‘they call that kick and stick’
i’ve never heard the brits say that before
but i know they love their sing-song

I doubt they thought about all of the possibilities. Another is if someone has a free ball early. Shoot a stop shot on the gold and bring it down table. You "merely" have to get a 147 then.

the biggest reason is they're playing short races on loose equipment against the best opponents. they go for the W instead
 
Heading towards Ronnie-Luca final, a repeat of previous edition
Luca on hill but Williams not going away yet.
