Old hotel everything there for the most part was resonable. Newer location & economy will affect the rates GURANTED. Result- less people will show over the yrs.

There is a YMCA near Martin Luther King Street and that has parking availability better than Executive Hotel. There are several lots available in that area, in addition to hotel slots.
There are some residential zones with the capability of hosting the DCC. Around Bunsen Way on off of PlantSide Drive there is a Marriot (JeffersonTown) with the req. capacity for volume. And nearby are some competitively priced hotels. With access to entertainment areas 10 minutes from the site.
That city is great. With a little work and some experienced people it would be easy to build the city up. My allergies didn't act up once there, its a lovely place.
Kevin said:Thank you, Ste, you and your pretty baby Euro pool Ref Tanya whom I met first time at the DCC are case in point, and you know I like the dark beer, so I accept. Cheapskates stay home; but if you can, come to DCC and prepare to enjoy the big show.
