DCC 9 Ball - Who's left?

I’ve now seen Alex miss three straight in shots. He looks exhausted.
Well, seems to me changes to the tourney are obviously required. What effect do you think the tighter pockets had, or is it obvious? And reduce the number of entrants?

7-4 Gorst winning. In 7 minutes the players can collect their money I believe. That means players will actually be in the arena for the final against SVB.

I think the smaller pockets slowed down play in most of the early matches. I think they already made the decision to revert back to 4 1/2” pockets next year? Maybe I heard them wrong.

Seems obvious they need to add a day to the tournament or reduce the fields.

Fedor is slowing down just a bit aswell, if Shane had a good power nap he might have a chance yet.

Alex looks ready to collaps but obviously no quit in that man.

Heard them say they were reverting back to 4.5 as early as around 4 or 5 yesterday afternoon. Seems like they seem to think it's a factor.

This is nuts. I turned in atn11pm Pacific expecting to wake up to threads about the DCC 9B Champ and MOT, but here they are, still battling. Crazy.

I should congratulate diamond for getting a HUGE field at the event. They are learning from this year's event looks like.

Alex made four awful mistakes. Totally dead on his feet, yet played superbly aside from
that. Fedor was Fedor. Just slightly below his norm.

Finals just getting started. Ed Liddawi has been up all night. Kudos to him and all the Accu-stats team.
