SVB over Darryl Appleton, for something around 20 bags of sand. They played 10-ball, 10 ahead, and took 12 hours to finish.

Not to be picky but Shane and Appleton played eight ball, I watched the whole thing, both played great....

Appleton and Bartrum 10 ahead for a whole bunch of money Thursday night.It was bigger than when he played Shane. The rail was nuts.

On of the most interesting was Rafael Martinez and Corey Duel. Even. First set nine ball. Corey wins 3k. Then 10 ball, goes hill hill at 15 games each and Rafeal asks if anyone wants the bet a couple more grand on the last game. LOUDLY. Rafael wins the game early with a combo. 7 k, plus side bets. Deul quits.

And this is after Corey had come back from 14-11 down to tie it up. I'd like to see Rafael at his best against Dennis. But he isn't there yet.

This is about the fourth incarnation of Rafael's pool career. He comes along, plays great for a couple of years and then disappears, only to reappear again after he has been given up for dead.
