You cannot see it all, do it all. I tried and was not at all successful. Having 10+ hour drives bookending my inaugural trek to Pool Mecca didn't help the situation either.

I very much enjoyed what I did experience and plan on returning as many times as I can. IMHO, make the journey if at all possible.

Also, having a gathering place for the forum members would have been nice so that I could put faces with names.

I hear ya bro. I went in '07 and tried to watch action and tournament. Can't do it. I opted to follow Efren around and enjoyed it big-time. I did stay up a couple nites to sweat big $$$ games but it about wore my ass out.
